One by one, the stars wink out and worlds are shattered and destroyed.  King Mickey sets out on a quest to unmask the force behind the destruction, but soon goes missing himself. With no other options, Mickey's retainers, Donald and Goofy, venture out into the unknown on a quest to find the lost King.  However, they'll need the help of the Key, a mysterious weapon wielded by a young boy named Sora, who is on his own journey to find his lost friends and a way back to his island home.
